Our After-sales team of 16 based in Bad Schönborn works towards the realization of this objective every day. We work closely with our distributors and service partners to provide support to you in the following areas:
The spare parts supply operations for Terex® Fuchs products are housed in the Service Center of Terex® Germany GmbH in Rothenburg ob Tauber. Approximately 50,300 various spare parts are currently in stock, of which 36,700 are Terex® and Terex® Fuchs spare parts and 13,600 are Terex® Fermec spare parts.
Total storage area: 11,600 m²
The 55 or so Terex® Germany GmbH employees based in Rothenburg process approximately 47,000 spare part dispatches every year. Delivery is effected within 24 hours 95% of the time.
